Our programs are designed for mental well-being and are not a substitute for therapy or medication. People with mild to moderate symptoms should benefit immensely from the program in conjunction with any treatment they might be receiving. For those with severe symptoms, we recommend consulting a medical practitioner.
Science and our experience suggests that all practices must be carried out for a minimum of 3 weeks before they can get internalized and become part of your daily routine. The 6 week program is designed to provide adequate time for learning and practice.
