  • Talk to us. We can setup a free introductory discussion to determine if this program is for you.

  • We recommend you attend the full program to realize the benefits to your mental well-being. However those who do not wish to continue and would like to drop out after the first session, will get a full refund. No questions asked.

  • We offer both group and individual programs. Please contact us for details and pricing.

  • The program is available both at the centre as well as online. Reach out to us to schedule a consultation.

  • Our programs are designed for mental well-being and are not a substitute for therapy or medication. People with mild to moderate symptoms should benefit immensely from the program in conjunction with any treatment they might be receiving. For those with severe symptoms, we recommend consulting a medical practitioner.

  • Science and our experience suggests that all practices must be carried out for a minimum of 3 weeks before they can get internalized and become part of your daily routine. The 6 week program is designed to provide adequate time for learning and practice.

  • Our program integrates mindfulness techniques specifically designed for the modern audience. Our coaching empowers you to sustain a heightened state of awareness, serving as a stepping stone for inner transformation and enhanced mental well-being.
