The mind is a continuous stream of thoughts - moving so fast that we rarely observe it.
This constant flow often pulls us into the past or the future, creating stress, anxiety and a sense of losing control.

Rasik Arora

Founder, Creator of UnMindd

Rasik is the founder of UnMindd, a structured mental fitness program designed to help people build clarity, resilience and perform under pressure.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from IIT Delhi and an MBA from ISB Hyderabad, and brings over 24 years of experience across corporate leadership and entrepreneurship. 

His journey began a decade ago, sparked by his own experience with stress, anxiety and burnout. Over the next ten years, he explored how the mind works through the lens of ancient wisdom, philosophy, neuroscience and modern psychology.

He discovered that mental strength and resilience aren’t fixed traits - they are skills we can train, just like a muscle. And yet, unlike physical fitness, most people receive little to no guidance on how to strengthen the mind. 

 

That insight led him to create UnMindd - a practical, science-backed program designed to help people:

• Think clearly and make better decisions
• Stay steady and perform under pressure
• Navigate stress and uncertainty more effectively
• Build emotional resilience and mental strength

Rasik believes the mind can be trained with the right structure and tools. Drawing from years of study, personal experimentation and professional experience, he developed UnMindd as a practical system for modern life and work.
