About UnMindd
Mind is just a process, a complex network of thoughts one after the other moving so fast that the process looks continuous and gives mind its existence.  This continuous process of thoughts takes us either to the past or to the future and is the foremost reason for our unhappiness, stress and anxiety

Rasik Arora

Founder, Creator of the Program

Rasik is the founder of UnMindd. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from IIT Delhi and Masters in Business Administration from ISB Hyderabad. 

His journey began a decade ago, sparked by his own experience with stress, anxiety and burnout. Over the next ten years, he explored mental well-being through the lens of ancient wisdom, philosophy, neuroscience and modern psychology.

He discovered that mental well-being and emotional resilience aren’t fixed traits - they are skills we can train and strengthen, just like a muscle. And yet, unlike physical fitness, most people receive little to no guidance on how to strengthen the mind. 

 

That insight led him to create UnMindd - a structured program that blends time tested practices with science-backed tools to:

• Build inner strength and emotional balance
• Stay calm and centered through life’s challenges
• Handle stress without feeling overwhelmed
• Gain clarity, confidence and a strong sense of self
 

Rasik believes tools should empower us - not the other way around. After years of study and personal experimentation, he developed a practical approach designed to align ancient wisdom with the complexities of modern life.

Being UnMindd allows us to experience complete awareness, equanimity, strength and joy.
